No missing calls in Skype For Business Office 2016 Client
After upgrading to Office 2016 I noticed there were no more missed calls.
Missed IM conversations shows but no calls.
I tested this by calling myself and hanging up before answering.
There was no new record of a missing calls.
I colleague had the same issue at another customer.
After som dialog with Microsoft it seems like this is a bug in the Office 2016 client.
According to Microsoft a fix will not be a part of the February update.
A fix for this could be expected in Mars according to Microsoft.

Update: I've now seen the same bug in Lync 2013 Client as well.

Hi, I'm using Skype for Business 2016 Client (C2R), updated to the latest version 16.0.6326.1022 and I receive missed call notification correctly. Regards. Luca

ReplyDeleteHi, we have SFB Client version 16.0.4318.1000 and we don't receive missed call notifications. However, we are able to see IM and call history on Outlook. Is this a bug on the client version or another issue?
